:That's right: it has no knowledge of time zones or daylight savings time,
:only a single correction factor. You need to incorporate the daylight
:savings time correction in the "hoursFromGmt" argument.
Is this, perhaps, related to the fact that Icon's home, the State of Arizona,
does not participate in daylight savings time?
